Total Security: All your information and session notes are stored securely. Session notes are kept completely anonymous, with your name and identifying details removed.
No Selling: Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal & Professional Exceptions: Information is only shared outside the practice if you request it, if required by a court of law, or if a trusted professional colleague needs to access your contact details to notify you in the unlikely event that I am suddenly incapacitated by illness or accident.
Data Retention (How long it's kept):
Records are kept securely for one year after your final session and are then securely destroyed.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access any of your session notes or personal data at any point during your therapy, and up to one year after your sessions conclude.
